Standard Shipping Times:
US & Canada: 6 - 16 days
Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 19 days
Europe: 9 - 20 days
Latin America: 10 - 25 days

Due to customs laws and OFAC sanctions we unfortunately cannot ship to the following countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

We do our best to get every order to you as fast as possible. That being said here are some things to keep in mind:

• Delivery times are estimates. These are calculated from the time the order is shipped out rather then when it is placed.
• Unexpected events cannot be avoided. Deliveries might take longer than expected if, for instance, there is bad weather or stringent customs clearing procedures.
• Import duties and other taxes and or charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order, an email will be sent to you and your order will be processed (this includes checking, organizing, packing, and mailing). Order processing takes 1 to 4 days, give or take. Following processing a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If an order is placed after 11:45AM CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order will be shipped the next week.

Order Payment
Customers are charged in US Dollars at the time of purchase. If you are paying with non US currency your home country’s bank will handle the necessary conversions.
